A Sunset Quad & Buggy Safari + Bedouin Dinner & Oriental Show in the Desert is a true Arabian fairy tale and an unforgettable experience for couples, families, friends, and children. This excursion combines adrenaline, culture, and entertainment in one magical evening under the desert sky.
You will enjoy not only a thrilling quad bike ride at sunset—the most popular desert activity in Sharm El Sheikh—but also camel riding, a traditional oriental show, and a Bedouin-style dinner in the desert.
Quad bikes are specially designed for off-road desert riding and are easy to control, making them suitable even for beginners. With handlebars, throttle, brakes, a comfortable seat, and four large wheels, quad bikes can be driven by guests of different ages, regardless of driving experience.
Children aged 13 and older may ride a quad bike independently if they can safely control it.
You can also combine quad bikes and buggy cars in one excursion—some guests may choose buggies, while others ride quad bikes.
For your safety, we kindly ask all guests to:
Follow the instructions of the professional instructor
Observe speed limits
Ride carefully over sand dunes
We also recommend wearing comfortable, dark-colored clothing, as desert rides can be dusty.

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh at the scheduled time:
Around 15:30 in summer
Around 16:30 in winter
(The exact pick-up time will be confirmed after booking.)
You will travel by a comfortable air-conditioned transfer to the quad safari center located in the desert outside Sharm El Sheikh.
The journey from your hotel to the safari center takes approximately 25–30 minutes, depending on your hotel’s location.
Upon arrival at the safari center, you will:
Choose your quad bike or buggy (depending on what you booked)
Tie an Arab scarf on your head
Put on protective glasses (mandatory to protect from sand and wind)
Receive a full safety briefing from a professional instructor
After the instructions, you will head into the desert on a real safari adventure, riding through wild desert landscapes surrounded by the Sinai Mountains, accompanied by the warm colors of the sunset.
🕒 Riding time: approximately 1 hour
Guests may ride quad bikes or buggy cars, depending on their booking.
During the program, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a camel ride in the desert (optional, additional fee of $5 when booked via the website).
The camel ride lasts approximately 5–7 minutes and is intended mainly for photos and a short experience. You will be able to take beautiful pictures with these majestic animals and enjoy a traditional desert atmosphere.
You will be served a traditional Bedouin dinner cooked over charcoal under the starry desert sky in a fully equipped Bedouin tent.
Bedouins will also treat you to their natural Bedouin tea, which is truly unique. The herbs used for this tea are collected and prepared by the Bedouins themselves in the desert, giving it a distinctive taste you won’t find anywhere else.
Bedouins are the indigenous people of the Sinai Peninsula, and no one knows the mountains and desert terrain better than they do. Despite language differences—Bedouins have their own dialect that only partially resembles Arabic—they play an important role in desert life and navigation.
The dinner usually includes:
Grilled chicken cooked over charcoal
Rice
Egyptian sauces
Fresh salads
Soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Sprite)
This is the moment when you truly feel the magic of an Arabian night. The evening show program typically includes:
Tanoura Dance – a traditional Sufi dance performed by Arab dervishes. This ritual dance, performed only by men, symbolizes spiritual harmony and connection with God.
Oriental Belly Dance – a mysterious and captivating dance that first gained worldwide fame in Paris in 1889 and has since become a symbol of Eastern culture.
Fire Show – an impressive performance with flames and music against the backdrop of the Sinai Mountains and the night sky, creating unforgettable memories.
⚠️ Please note:
The show program may vary. Each Bedouin tent has its own show format, sequence, and elements, which may differ from day to day. As an online service provider, we cannot control the exact content or order of performances.
After this magical experience—sunset quad riding, camel encounters, dinner, and show—you will ride back to the safari station on quad bikes or buggies through the desert in complete darkness.
The route is safely illuminated by the headlights of the vehicles, making the ride atmospheric and secure.
Upon arrival at the station, an air-conditioned transfer will take you back to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.
🕘 Estimated return time: around 21:30.
Dear guests, we kindly ask you to check the weather forecast before your trip, as weather conditions can affect desert activities.
At the Bedouin camp, locals may offer various additional services for an extra charge, such as popcorn, fresh juices, shisha (hookah), coffee, souvenirs, and other items.
⚠️ Please note that prices are not always announced in advance, so we strongly recommend asking the price before ordering.
✔️ The excursion price includes dinner and soft drinks (cola and Sprite from dispensers) only. All other items are paid separately.
At the Bedouin camp, you may also enjoy stargazing with a telescope for an additional $5 per person (optional).
If you feel that any services are being offered too insistently, please inform your guide immediately or contact us directly for assistance.
If you believe that a service was provided not as described on the website, please contact us immediately (either directly or through your guide in the desert) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Payment is made to the guide upon arrival at the safari center.
Safari routes are strictly regulated by the government. There is only one approved desert route, and all guests ride one by one behind the guide, following a mandatory speed limit for safety.
Even if you book a private safari or private guide, all guests must still follow official rules, ride in one line, and observe safety regulations.
Safety is the top priority on all safari excursions.
Photographers working during the safari are independent contractors and are not affiliated with our company. Any agreements regarding photos or videos must be made directly with the photographer on site. We recommend taking the photographer’s contact details before making any payment.
If you experience any issues with your quad bike or buggy, or if you need to change equipment, please inform your guide immediately so it can be replaced.
Camel riding is a short experience (approximately 5 minutes) intended mainly for photos. Bedouins may request tips; tipping is optional, and you are free to decline.
Group size typically ranges from 10 to 20 quad bikes or buggies, depending on availability.
If you book a double quad bike and the total weight exceeds 145 kg, safari staff will offer either:

(additional payment applies).
If after starting the ride you feel unable to control the quad bike safely, you may be accompanied by a guide or another guest. In this case, the tour cost is non-refundable.
Children 13 years and older may ride a quad bike independently, provided they can safely control the vehicle.
All quad bikes in Egypt are standardized models and are not officially classified as single or double. Prices are listed for clarity and include round-trip transfer and the safari program with desert stops.
Due to current economic conditions, fleet renewal is challenging for all operators. However, all vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained.
If you are offered equipment that does not meet operational standards, please immediately request a replacement from the guide or contact us so we can assist you promptly.
A private safari with an individual guide can be arranged for an additional $15 (price does not depend on group size).
